This is an Early American Pattern Glass covered low compote in the Cupid and Venus pattern that was originally made by Richards & Hartley and then by US Glass after 1891. The pattern is also known as Minerva, and Guardian Angel. It stands 8 inches tall and is 8.75 inches wide. It has one tiny flake off of the inside of the rim on the cover (see photo 4) that is very hard to see but otherwise is in very nice condition. The large old bubble shown in the picture is not damage but just what happened sometimes in old glass.
