This is a number 118 gold, red and blue confetti or splatter Texas Ware bowl made by the Plastic Manufacturing Co of Dallas, Texas. It measures 10 inches wide by 4.5 inches high and is in nice condition with no chips, cracks or stains - only a little dull in the bottom of the bowl.
